Gluten Free Life and Travels was founded in 2022.  As someone with celiac disease, as well as a parent of a child with celiac disease, I understand how overwhelming this disease can be.  Travel and going out to eat with friends and family are important to me, and I do it as often as possible.   We need to live our lives to the fullest.  I want to help you on your gluten-free journey by sharing the knowledge and expertise I’ve obtained from living with celiac since 2013.
